We should be contacted <br />if any questions arise concerning the geotechnical aspects of this <br />project as a result of the information presented in this report. <br />The recommendations outlined above are based on our <br />understanding of the currently proposed construction. We are <br />available to discuss the details of our recommendations with you, <br />and revise them where necessary. This geotechnical engineering <br />report is based on the proposed site development and scope of <br />services as provided to us by Mr. Karl Koehler, on the type of <br />construction planned, existing site conditions at the time of the <br />field study, and on our findings. Should the planned, proposed use <br />of the site be altered, Lambert and Associates must be contacted, <br />• since any such changes may make our suggestions and recommendations <br />given inappropriate. This report should be used ONLY for the <br />planned development for which this report was tailored and <br />prepared, and ONLY to meet information needs of the owner and the <br />owner's representatives. In the event that any changes in the <br />future are planned the conclusions and recommendations contained in <br />this report shall not be considered valid unless the changes are <br />reviewed and conclusions of this report are modified or verified in <br />writing.
