Div. of Highways' "FII,~D" an' " <br />application,a reclamation plan and map, and the required fee, as required by lava; and <br />l1HEP.E.\S~ on November 21 19 78 [he Plined Land Reclamation Board appro~~~ed <br />the Fisher Pit application and set bond; and <br />[,'IIEAEAS, on November 21 19 78, the i`[ined Land Reclamation Board accepted <br />surety submitted by Colo. Div. of Highways and such date shall be considered the <br />date of issuance of tfle permit and the anniversary date for all other purposes; and ' <br />W1{EREAS, the `Lined Lard Reclamation Board has trade a finding, Eor the pur.'poses <br />of issuing this pet~nit,~that: ~ ~ ~. <br />1) the aopLica[ion complies wi[h the requirements of the Colorado <br />Ptined Land Reclamation Act and all applicable local, st2te and <br />Federal laws; and, <br />?) the operation will r.oC adversely affect [he stability of any <br />' significant, valuable, and permanent man-made structures located <br />within two hundred feet of the affected land,~~except where there <br />is an agreement between the operator and the per=_ons having an ~ , <br />~ interest in the structure [hat damage to tha structure is to be•~ <br />compensated for b}' the operator; and, ~ ' <br />3) the proposed mining operations and reclamation can be carried out <br />in conforarance with the requirements o` C.R.S. 1973, 34-32-115,~2.s <br />amended (1976 Sess.
