CO 80222-1530 RE: PERMIT CO-0027154: JULY 2000 DMR SUBMITTAL RECEIyED AUG 2 5 2G'.7 iii iuiiiiiniu iii Division of Minerals and Geology Dear Ms. Lenkey: Please find enclosed the above referenced discharge monitoring repo for the period July 1, 2000 through July 31, 2000. During the period only ponds A (point 001), B (point 003), D (point 005), E (point 006), antl H (point 009) discharged to Foidel Creek. No permit excursions were noted for this period. Quarterly WET tests were conducted this month resulting \•extra-visits to Outtall 001 and Outfall 005, producing additional field parameter values which were calculated into the statistics reported on the DMRs. Outfalls 001, 005 and 007 are being tested for Hardness in addition to the required parameters, however, as noted below, 007 did not discharge and was omitted for this period. A copy of those results is included in this submittal. Outfalls 002, 004, 007 and 008 did not discharge; and therefore have no chemical or toxicological tests during this period. Outfall 020 has not been constructed yet; therefore there is no discharge to enable chemical or toxicological testing to date. Points 010, 016 and 017 have been eliminated from this permit. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls which did not discharge. CERTIFICATION I certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the in/ormation submitted herein; and based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties !or submitting false information, including the possibility of line and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
