Oil and Grease: The Regu[atons for Efluent Limitations (Regulation No. 61) include ef}luent [imitations that apply <br />to all discharges of wastewater to State waters. These regulations are applicable to the discharges from the <br />Roadside Mine (North and South Portals) WWTF. <br />b. ~N: This parameter is limited by Water Quality Standards as the water quality standards of 6.5-9.0 s. u. range are <br />more stringent than those specified under the Regulations (or Effluent Limitations. <br />c. Applicable Federal Effluent Guidelines and Standards: The federal guidelines that apply to this type offaciliry are <br />found under 40 CFR Part 434, rifled Coal Mining Point Source Category.
