Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the permit expiration, the pemuttee is authorized <br />to dischazge mine water and surface runoff from Outfalls 001, 002, 005, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011 012, 013, 014, 016. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Dischazge Pemrit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R 1002-61, the permitted discharge shall not contain <br />effluent pazameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />a.
