The neazest upstream and downstream facilities had no <br />impact on the assimilative capacities available to the Snowcap W WTF. Analyses thus indicate that <br />assimilative capacities aze very lazge due to the lazge dilution available in the Colorado River. <br />Information used in this assessment includes data gathered from the Snowcap WWTF, the WQCD, <br />the Colorado Division of Water Resources (DWR), Riverwatch, the U.S. Environmental Protection <br />Agency (EPA), the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), and communications with the local water <br />commissioner.
