A well service rig was used to bail the well after
completion.
We11 GF-3 was completed within and just above the "I"
coal seam. The test interval consists of the coal and inter-
bedded sands and shales. Figure 3-4 indicates the test inter-
val. We11 GF-3 flowed at a very low rate after completion.
3.3.2 Well Site GBB
Well GBB-1
' • Drill cuttings from We11 GBB-1 indicated that the Yampa
River alluvium was 10 to 12 feet thick. Shales and coal from
~. the Upper Williams Fork Formation were encountered below a depth
of 10 to 12 feet. Dri11 cuttings from the Upper Williams Fork
Formation indicated beds of shale, siltstone, sandstone, and coal
six-inches to ten feet thick. The well was drilled to 160 feet.
~~ Geophysical logs were obtained (Figure 3-5). Well casing was
installed and cemented. The well was bailed.
We11 GBB-1 was completed in a ten-foot thick, poorly
consolidated, well-sorted, fine sandstone. Figure 3-5 indicates
the test interval for Ide11 GBB-1. Well GBB-1 flowed at a very
low rate after completion.
We11 GBB-2
We11 GBB-2 was drilled to 68 feet, completed, and
• bailed. The test interval consists of approximately one foot
3-13
