lINDINC OF FACT
Fi: Casa No. M-2864 this Court enteced its decree February
17, 1977, granting East 8eekwith No. 1 :reservoir (Priority
No.'8-71) an alternate change of use and point of diversion at
Hevks Nest Pipeline No. 2. The correct description of the
latter point of diversion being as follows:
• Located at a point on the North bank of the
North Fork of the Gunnison Ricer which is
N 55.14' E 2210 feet from the 4 corner
bstween Sections 10 end 15 of Township 13
South, Range 90 Hest of the 6th P. N. in
Gunnison County, Colorado.
Applicant now seeks the right to divert said East Beckwith
Ho. 1 Reservoir water, not to exceed 560.8 acre feet per year,
alternately at the point of diversion o: Hawks Hest Pipeline
No. 3 described as follows:
A point on the North bank of the North Pork
of the Gunnison River 8 77.46'7' N 1348.82
feet from the k corner between Sections 11
and 12, Township 13 South, Range 90 Nest of
the 6th P.M. in Gunnison County, Colorado.
The point of diversion of Hawks Nest Pipeline No. 3 is
approximately 1} miles upstream from the point of diversion of
hawks Hc~t Pipoline No. 2, at which Let[ez point East Beckwith
Reservoir water is now being diverted. There are no other
decreed points of diversion within this lk miles between the
present point of diversion and the proposed alternate point o!
diversion. Granting the alternate point of diversion for all
or any part of said Priority No. H-71 previously decreed to
Enat Beckwith No. 1 Reservoir, es requested by applicant, will
not adversely affect nor injure she water rights or priorities
of any ocher user.
