The law and regulations allow for several diffQrent types of <br />financial warranty. You should determine what type of financial warranty you desire to <br />use and obtain the appropriate forms from the Mined Land Reclamation Division during the <br />application review period to facilitate finalization of an acceptable fin~ncial warranty <br />and permit issuance. <br />COLORADO WATER LAWS <br />The permittee is encouraged to contact the State Engineer, with regard to the <br />administration of water rights, and the Colorado Department of Health, wifih regard to <br />the discharge of pollutants into the waters of the State. Violation of Colorado water <br />laws could result in enforcement actions taken by the State Engineer and/or the Colorado <br />Department of Health. <br />
