The following conr_rols are either <br />in place or will be in 1994: <br />E1.00 Main Ditch inspection and main*_enance. <br />E1.20 Sediment Control structure--small settling pond <br />located above culvert intake at CR 37. <br />E1.30 Revegetation of all mined area; with native grass <br />seed mixtures and mulching with r~ative grass or hay. <br />E1.40 Grading to 3:1 slopes wherever possible in areas <br />adjacent to and immediately South and East of the <br />Mining area. <br />E1.50 Revegetation of all disturbed ground in the area <br />with native grasses. <br />SECTION V <br />TREATMENT BMp's <br />80.05 Spill Control (SC-type) Oil/Water Separators. <br />Maintenance and clean-up materials disposal plans. <br />SECTION VI <br />SOLID AND LZOUID WASTE DISPOSAL <br />The collection and disposal of waste materials form the <br />maintenance activities, including liquids and solids from the <br />cleaning of catch basins and oil/water separators will be <br />performed by a contract environmental clean-up service in <br />accordance with the Minimal Functional Standards for Solicf <br />Waste Handling, Chapter 173-304 WAS, and where appropriate. <br />the Oanyerous Waste Regulations, Chapter 173-303 WAC. <br />SECTION VII <br />BMF' IMPLEMENTATION <br />Those BMp's described as pertaining to maintenance facility <br />will be implemented at the rime of facility construction. <br />A fuel catchment structure and the sediment pond above the <br />r_ulvert is scheduled for 1994.
