In addition, we will continue <br />taking9 photographs once monthly from our permanent photopoints. This Fall <br />will bEt an ideal time for us to traverse survey the four transects with the <br />Pentax Total Station. <br />Expenditures: We have billed you for the full amount of 53,000 to eliminate <br />any confusion at the end of the fiscal year. Due to our interest in the <br />study, FWS will absorb any additional costs. <br />In-kind services provided by the Fish and Wildlife Service to the cottonwood <br />monitoring project include: <br />].
