Please find the results of this review under the respective headings
below. Items in bold text are listed for the second consecutive review letter and required your
attention.
Sediment Ponds
The 4t" quarter report meets the requirements of Rule 4.05.9(17). Please ensure that the
sediment marker is reset in pond 9 before spring runoff/rainfall.
Excess Sooil Fills
Three excess spoil fills are inspected at the site. Each inspection report meets the requirements
of Rules 4.09.1(11). The 2"" and 3rtl quarter reports inaccurately identify surface runoff
from Fill 9 as being directly to pond 7, rather than pond 9. Please correct this statement
in future reporting.
Discharge Monitoring Resorts
No discharges occurred during the 4th quarter, which is consistent with observations during
DMG field inspections.
We have no further questions or concerns at this time.
