Since <br />that time we have met with their staff and reviewed the MLRB <br />application with them. They concurred with the procedures in the <br />application that would handle erosion control and suggested a <br />ponding method to control sediments. We prepared the attached <br />addendum for inclusion in the MLRB application and hand delivered <br />it to the SCD office for review before submitting it to the MLRB. <br />The SCD response arrived today.
