The proposed mine is located in a portion of the SEA, SW 4, <br />Sec. 33 T24S, R67W, 6 PM, containing approximately 9.9 acres. <br />The proposed date of commencement is October 15, 1979 and the <br />operation will continue intermittently for approximately 8 years. <br />The proposed future use of the land is to be a part of a 40 acre <br />ranch estate. Additional information my be obtained from the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board, Room 723, 131 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, CO 80203 (303) 839-3567, or the Pueblo County Clerk and <br />Recorder, 10th and plain Street, Pueblo, CO 81003, or the above <br />named applicant. <br />Objections must be filed with the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />by 5:00 PM on September 24, 1979. <br />
