EXHIBIT B <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br />A. See the vegetation, soil and reclamation inventory and evaluation by: <br />Alvin L. Jones <br />Resource Conservationist <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service <br />B. County Road no. 122 is Easterly of the affected area. Two Moon Lake Electric <br />overhead power transmission lines are Southerly of the gravel pit. These <br />transmission lines run to a substation which is Southeasterly of the gravel pit. (See <br />Exhibit E -map) <br />C. During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated. <br />The mining operation will be conducted in such a manner as to maintain the <br />existing surface drainage. All mining and processing operation will be designed <br />to manage storm runoff, so that no sediments flow to existing drainage. <br />D. Letter from the State of Colorado Department of Natural Resources Division of <br />Wildlife not required for Limited 110 permit. <br />
