Nie have had further contact with Daren Sto:.e including a field
visit and letter which have answered our concerns expressed to your
agency. Th=_ following is Our amended recomm=ndat~ons or notes of
agreement vrith the mineral owner

the pit area is acceptable to BLi•?. This allows the rest o` t'.^.e
surface uses to continue and access to remain open to the rest of
the Bii? land. Protection fencing can be installed later around the
reseeded areas to allow for reclamation.
