It can be in the form of metes & bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. The plan should be correlated with <br />.nap and should show where extraction wilt begin, and which direction, if any, it <br />1 proceed. _ <br />EXHI3IT L -Map <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and con~ain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the mining operation. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locataole points should also be shown on this map. <br />EXHIBIT 0 -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Infornation <br />Each of the aoove~nentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable <br />RU 12. <br />cXHIdIT t - Reclamation Plan <br />As 'with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, <br />phases or stayes of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. <br />If possiole, the plan should oe closely correlated with the map. If not, the narrative <br />must oe comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br /> <br />
