<br />Gunnison River; 014 and 018 - at the outfalls of the sedimentation ponds, prior to entering Sylvester Gulch and the West Fork of
<br />Sylvester Gulch, respectively; 007 - at the outfall of the polishing pond prior to entering and MB-2R; Ol 1, 012 and 013 - at the
<br />outfalls from the mine dewatering systems prior to entering Sylvester Gulch, Dry Fork ofPMirmesota Creek and Lone Pine Gulchh,,
<br />respectivelyy;~ 016 - at the outfall of the mine road culvert prior to entering the North Fork of the Gunnison River; 017 - at the outfall
<br />of the futistung pond, prior [o entering the West Fork of Sylvester Gulch; influent to domestic WWTF (007) - at the headworks after
<br />screening and prior to treatment.
<br />If the permitfee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this permit, then
<br />the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values required m the Dtschazge Momtoring
<br />Report Form (DMRs) or other forests as required by the Division. Such increased frequency shall also be indicated.
