All water discharged from the Stagecoach Stop pit and u ilized to offset <br />depletions caused by the pit operation cannot be banked) or credited to offset <br />lagged depletions in subsequent years. All discharges will be available to <br />offset depletions in the year when depletions are actually occurring. <br />4. All pumping for dust control and dewatering discharges to the South Platte <br />river shall be measured in a manner acceptable to the division engineer. <br />5. The dewatering rate and quantity shown in Appendix D is estimated. As <br />meter records for the dewatering become available the Applicant shall update <br />the data used to compute monthly lagged depletions and) replacements from <br />dewatering. If at any time the projected stream depletions show the Applicant <br />is unable to replace all out-of-priority stream depletions, the Applicant shall <br />notify the division engineer and water commissioner of thee, projected shortfall <br />and describe how consumptive use at the site will be reduced and/or <br />replacements will be increased to ensure all out-of-priority depletions will be <br />replaced. <br />6. The Water Commissioner responsible for the administration of this plan is Mr. <br />Robert Stahl, 9378 WCR 25, Fort Lupton, CO 80621, phone no. (303) 857- <br />0742. The applicant shall maintain daily records of all diversions, <br />replacements, and the amount of water used for each particular purpose. The <br />applicant shall provide a report of these records to the division engineer and <br />the water commissioner on a monthly basis on a form approved by them. The <br />accounting must be submitted within five (5) calendar dat{s of the end of the <br />month for which the accounting is being made. <br />In addition, the applicant shall submit a report from each entity making <br />replacements; for this plan, that entity is the City of Aurora. The report shall <br />include an accounting of all wastewater plant water effluent controlled by <br />each entity, showing the total volume of water under its control at the various <br />wastewater treatment plants, and the amount committed too each of the <br />recipients of the water. <br />7. All releases of replacement water must be sufficient to cover all out of priority <br />depletions and be made under the direction and/or approval of the Water <br />Commissioner(s). The replacement may be aggregated to maximize <br />beneficial use. The Water Commissioner(s) and/or Division Engineer shall <br />determine the rate and timing of an aggregated release. <br />8. The Applicant shall follow the recharge protocol as <br />document for the operation of this SWSP. <br />9.
