As you )mow, the <br />Trinidad Basin Mine, formerly the Del Pgua Mine is approximately six <br />miles west of Ivdlow aryl has been in existence since 1977. <br />In on3er to satisfy Rule 2.05.5(1)(b) of the above regulations, <br />Trinidad Basin Mining must intact the surface owners of the land <br />within their permit boundary and solicit ceRnents on the proposed <br />post mininq land use. Therefore, Trinidad Hasin Mining is seeking your <br />Dements on the proposed post mining land use detailed below. A <br />speedy reply to this request cwld be most appreciated, as Trinidad <br />Basin Mining intends to submiit the application by February 17, 1981 <br />to the Colorado Mined land Reclamati~ Division. <br />Trinidad Basin Mining intends to return the land to rangeland <br />and wildlife habitat upon ctiaq~letion of mining.
