<br />The properties under proposed development by Pinnacle are listed by the Adams County Clerk <br />and Recorders office as being owned by Gary-Williams Real Estate, Inc. Proper notice was <br />given to Gary-Williams Real Estate, Inc. Attached is a copy of the certified mailing receipt. <br />Comment 3 -Notice to County. <br />Rule 1.6.2(1)(a)(ii)states that proof of notice shall be in the form of a return receipt of a <br />Certified mailing or adate-stamped copy of the notice acknowledging receipt by the <br />appropriate local Board. The date-stamped copy of [he notice acknowledging receipt by the <br />Adams County Board of County Commissioners was provided in Exhibit Q of the application. <br />An additional copy is attached to this letter. <br />Comment 3 -Notice to Public. <br />Proof of publication and proof of all required notices were submitted to DMG following the <br />publications and after TuttleApplegate, Inc. received all the certified mailing receipts. In <br />addition to copies of other notices, a copy of the Affidavit of Publication is attached to this <br />letter. <br />Response to Comments Received from Dorsey and Whitney, May 2, 2000. <br />Comment -Reference to Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners v.
