During this quarter, two NPDES outfalls were active. <br />Outfalls 001 and 002 discharged routinely throughout the quarter. Outfalls 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, <br />010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 019, and 020 did not discharge during the quarter. tJuffall <br />018 is associated with a sedimem pond which has not yet been constructed. No discharge is reported <br />for this ouffall. Values reported on the enclosed DMRs represent the maximum (or minimum as <br />applicable) monthlyldaily values generated at each ouffall during the quarter. <br />Also enclosed are monthly NOAA weather sllm~+a~ies for the reporting period, seep voltune data for <br />site 011, and WET test report forms as applicable. Two outfalls were sampled for WET analyses <br />during the applicable reporting periods. A two species acute test was completed ar outfall 001 during <br />the fourth quarter and a single species test (C. dubia) was completed at ouffall 002 in July. No <br />exceedences of WET test limitations were observed ai either ouffall. <br />No exceedences of primary effluent limitations occurred during the quarter.
