Land optioned <br />~~ <br />Tract Designation 262-009 <br />262-014 <br />2.2 WATER <br />In the Nucla area PCC owns water rights which are in <br />good standing with the water court. These rights are as <br />follows: <br />(a) Absolute storage right of 4.0 acre-feet (5-001), <br />associated with the NUCLA mine reservoir designated <br />Pond 001 (Figure 2). <br />(b) Surface-water rights represented by ownership of <br />twenty-seven (27) out of 3250 shares of the <br />Colorado Co-operative Company which owns the <br />Highline Canal. This canal has surface-water <br />rights to 155 cfs from a diversion on the San <br />Miguel River located as shown in Figure 1. These <br />rights are designated 5-44 in Table 1. Table 7 <br />provides additional details about these rights. <br />The 27 shares represent an average diversion of <br />about 273.3 acre-feet from the San Miguel River, <br />and are associated with the tract designated as <br />262-007. This tract is partially coincident with <br />i;~ <br />12 , <br />GEO?RANS, INC. <br />
