During this period none of the Outfalls flowed to Foidel Creek, therefore no samples were collected during the <br />period. <br />During the third quarter of 2005, Outfalls 005W and 007W did not flow to Foidel Creek, therefore no Quarterly Whole Effluent <br />Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted. <br />To repeat, Ouffalls 002A (Pond T), 003A (Pond B), 004A (Pond C), 005A/005W (Pond D), 006A (Pond E), 007A/007W (Pond <br />F), and OOSA (Pond G) did not discharge dudng the period, therefore no chemical tests were conducted. Ouffail 020A/020W <br />has not yet been constructed, therefore sampling of this site has not occurred. Note that ponds A (Ouffall 001A/OO1W), and H <br />(Ouffall 009A) have been deactivated following band release, and have been removed from the newly amended permit, <br />effective January 1, 2003. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the <br />actual DMR forms to cover the ouffalls, which did not discharge. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />1 certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false in/ormation, including the <br />possibility of fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319. (Penalties under these statutes may <br />include lines up to $10, 000 and/or maximum imprisonment of between 6 months and 5 years.) <br />Brian A.
