These materials complete the submission of all <br />preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article <br />32 of Title 34, Section 34-32-~~, and your application is now considered <br />filed pursuant to RULE 1.1(10) of the Rules 6 Regulations. The staff is currently <br />reviewing your application to determine whether the items you have submitted are <br />adequate, prior to consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Your application is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Board on t .~ <br />You should commence publication of a notice of filing of this application accordingly. <br />See reverse side for notice format. Notice requirements can be found in RULE s, 2 . <br />Because the date for consideration may be subject to revision, please do not include <br />it in your notice. For Limited Impact permit applications, the final date for filing <br />of objections, which must be stated in the publication, will be 48 hours before this <br />tentative date for Board consideration. <br />You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential items, <br />with the n~JONjR o$E County Clerk and Recorder. 4ny subsequent changes or <br />addition; to the conies on ile in our offices must also be made in this local govt. copy. <br />THE STAFF IS CURRENTLY REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE ITEMS YOU HAVE <br />SUBMITTED ARE ADEQUATE IN TERMS OF MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ACT AND THE RULES 6 <br />REGULATIONS.
