The mining plan calls <br />' for completion in approximately 10 years. Hining and reclamation <br /> of each phase will be done contemporane ously. When mining is <br />' completed in one phase and moves to the <br />activities will begin immediately on next phase, reclamation <br />the completed phase. <br /> Grading and backsloping of shorelines will be done using <br /> stockpiled topsoil and overburden.
