Approval of this plan is for the purpose as stated herein. Any additional uses <br />~" for which the water may be used must first be approved by this office. <br />5. Adequate accounting of diversions and replacement must be provided to the <br />Division Engineer and Water Commissioner (Richard G. Robra, P.O. Box 567, <br />,4 ~ Golden, Colorado, 80402) on a monthly basis or other interval acceptable to <br />~ 1' both of them. The accounting form provided with your application is subject <br />~ ~a° to modification and approval by the Division Engineer. All amounts shall be <br />~v in acre-feet. <br />~ ,, <br />~~~~M 6. The name, address, and phone number of a contact person who will be <br />responsible for the operation and accounting of this plan must be provided <br /> <br />a~ to the Division Engineer and Water Comttrissioner. <br />~o1,~~ 7. <br />1P~ This substitute water supply plan may be revoked or modified at any time <br />should it be deternuned that injury to other vested water rights has or will <br /> occur as a result of this plan. <br />_ _ 8. application for a change in water rights and a plan for augmentation <br />must be filed with the Division 1 Water Court within two year's. This time <br />(~~Q' Q~ , will allow you to find a more permanent augmentation supply. We will not <br />accept leased water for a permanent plan for augmentation unless a prepaid <br />long term conrract with rights of renewal are obtained. <br />~"' <br />~`° 9. Any replacement water which is the subject of the plan for augmentation <br />~ <br />/~~ cannot be sold or leased to any other entity. Thz replacement must be tied <br />to the land containing the ground water pond for evaporation losses for as <br /> long as the pond exists. This may be accomplished by recording a document <br />with the county. <br />
