The proponent shall notify the Paonia District Ranger or his representative <br />within one week of when operations are to commence on National Forest lands. <br />Notification shall also be given as in the preceding paragraph when the <br />project is complete and before rehabilitation equipment is moved off the <br />project area. <br />17. Work will not be allowed past October 1, due to anticipated wet weather <br />conditions. An extension of this period may be authorized in writing by <br />the District Ranger, if weather permits. <br />
