The conditional permit approval specifies:
Provision of the ground water data to the Division (of Minerals.and Geology) as it is
accumulated rather than as a single submittal at the end of the data gathering period. The
Division will disseminate that data to the parties to the permit application process. This
procedure will assure that interested parties have adequate opportunity to evaluate the data.
In accordance with this permit condition, the Division hereby delivers to General Chemical the ground
water monitoring report for the period of July 1, 1999 through October 31, 1999.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
f /~~
Allen C.
