Mount, Reclamation Specialist <br /> <br />RE: File No. M-86-048, Washington County, Nicholson Pit <br />Adequacy Items <br />The following items must be addressed by the applicant in order to satisfy the <br />applicable requirements of CRS 34-32-101 et s--eqq and the Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land ReclamationBoa <br />Pa e 5 - Si nature Page: Please provide the Division with one original <br />signature o tie operator or his assigned representative. If a representative <br />is used, please provide proof that the representative is able to legally bind <br />the operator to the provisions in the permit application. <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan: <br />How much topsoil (thickness and cubic yards) will be salvaged? <br />2. Where will overburden stockpiles be located? <br />3. Where will topsoil stockpiles be located? <br />4. How will topsoil be protected from wind and water erosion and be kept <br />free from contamination by other materials until it is used for <br />reclamation purposes? <br />5. What will be the total depth of mining? <br />6. What is the nature of the stratum directly below the final mining depth? <br />Exhibit C - Map: <br />1. It is the Division's understanding from the map that Oren Nicholson Jr. <br />is the only immediately adjacent surface owner of record to this <br />operation. Is this correct? <br />Exhibit D - Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information: <br />1. The Division has submitted the Wildlife information to the Colorado <br />Division of Wildlife for review. <br />2.
