Enclosed are two copies of the revised permit application for Elam Construction's
Gilsonite Pit addressing the adequacy letters of August 19 and September 24, 2003.
All adequacy issues have been addressed with the exception of the ground water
monitoring plan. This is supposedly being worked out with the DMG and CDPHE and
will be reflected in a revised Waste Management Contingency Plan. This revised Plan
has not yet been completed.
_ Also, I have enclosed revised bond cost task sheets so that yo can see how I have
arrived at the new bond cost. The explanations of each item are also included in
Section L of the permit application. A new Ivory Form is also enclosed.
