Our initial <br />review indicates that al preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 32, Section 34-32-111 have been <br />submitted; thus, your application has been deemed complete for the purposes of <br />filing on this date. All review and discussion periods as provided in the Act <br />and the Rules and Regulations (as amended, effective July, 1978) promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this date of filing, unless you notify us <br />by June 22 1984 that you wish a later filing date, as per <br />amen e u e o the a orementioned Rules and Regulations. Please <br />refer to this Rule concerning local government approval, as well, <br />The tentative date for the issuance of the permit for this operation will be <br />J tosza. The Division will commence publication of a <br />Notice o i 1ng o this application according to the requirements found in <br />Rule 4.2. <br />You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less <br />confidential items, with the Mineral County Clerk and Recorder. Any <br />subsequent changes or additions o`er the copies on file in our office must also <br />be made in this local government copy. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board recommends that all mine operators check <br />compliance of their mining operation(s) with State water law.
