The operator will be mining above the water table and no impact to <br />ground water is anticipated. <br />2.) The finish grade or final reclamation grade of disturbed side slopes <br />` is 3:1. The side slopes during mining operation will be the natural <br />slope of 1 '/z : 1 of disturbed materials. <br />3.) No utilities lie within the area of excavation of this proposed gravel <br />pit. However, two utilities must be crossed to access the gravel pit. <br />Both the phone company and gas company have no problem with <br />this proposed condition. Refer to letters attached. The electric <br />company who has an overhead line on the opposite side of the <br />County road has no objection to the gravel pit as well.
