The law requires that these slopes <br />ue no steeper than 2:1, except from 5 feet aoove - lU feet oelow the <br />expected waterline where slopes shall be no steeper than 3:1. The <br />operator is encouraged to plan irregular-snaped ponds to promote <br />wildlife haoitat. <br />
