Stevens, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist `)c.`~ <br />RE: Base Products, Base Prod Grav Pit 1, File No. M-94-053 <br />Please be advised that on May 16, 1994, Base Products, whose address and <br />telephone number are 62339 W La Salle Rd, Montrose, CO 81401; (303) 249-3061, <br />filed an application to conduct surface mining and reclamation, at or near <br />Section 13, Township 49N, Range IOW, New Mexico Prime Meridian, in <br />Montrose County. The application decision is scheduled for August 17, 1994. <br />Copies of the application are available for review at the Montrose County <br />Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All comments or objections must be submitted in writing in order to be <br />considered in the amendment application review process. The tentative date <br />for final comment is July 5, 1994, and is subject to change. The final date <br />for receiving comment is determined by the date of the fourth publication by <br />the applicant. <br />
