use by Mined Land Reclamation Board in their consideration of a
mininc~ permit for:

Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal)
Wildlife epeciea List: Mule Deer, Mountain Lion, Coyote, Bobcat,
Cottontail Rabbit, Mourning Dove, Red-Tail Hawk.
Endangered/Critical Species/Impacted: None Known
Critical Rabitata/Vegetative Communities Impacted: None
Assessment of Impact: Negligible impacts to the wildlife resource
as proposed.
Mine Reclamation Recommendations (include key species/habitats for
which restoration is designed): Stockpile topsoil and reseed with
a temporary seed mix if stored for an extended period of time to
prevent loss and erosion. Reseed the site with a native seed mix
per SCS specifications. Recontour the site with slopes not to
exceed 3F[:ly and fence the site to exclude livestock until such
time as vegetative cover is adequate, per MLRD standards, to
release bond.
