Aa'chaoloa~ea~-Paleontological Diecoveriea The holder shell immediately <br />notify the authorised oifieer oP any and all antiquities or other objaete of <br />historic or scientific interest. Theen include, but are not limited to, <br />historic or prehistoric wins, fosalls, or artilacts discovered as the <br />result of operntione uadar this authorisation, and shall leave such die- <br />covarias intact until authorised to proceed by the authorised officer. <br />Protective and mitigative measurer testified by the authorised officer shall <br />be the responsibility of the holder, <br />Z, Subleaeiag. This authorisation does not oonvay any legal interest in <br />water rights as defined by applicable 3tnte law. <br />K. Disoutes. Appeal of any provisions oP this authorisation or any <br />requirements thereof shall tae subject to the appeal regulations at 36 CFR <br />251, Subpart C, or revisions thereto. <br />L. 9uoereeded Authorisation.
