I visited xith the Soil Conservation Service and they felt that the topsoil could <br />probably be replaced to a depth of approximately 1 foot, based on the fact that we <br />stock piled and saved all of the topsoil. <br />2. a. Upon final reclamation the portion of the pit designated as a re-charge pond will <br />be a permanent fixture, but it will only contain rater when the city puts Sts <br />rater impoundment program into action in the later summer months of each yeaz. <br />b. The elccepted water line should be an (±) elevation 'of 3640 dr approximately the <br />same elevation as is existing at this time. <br />c. Revegetatlon should extend down to the water line, with natural plant growth <br />taking place below the rater line. <br />3. The haul road will not be reclaimed as it will be used to observe the re-charge pond <br />area, however the road x111 be graded and maintained along with the existing roads <br />in the water well field. <br />Exhibit H <br />1, Financial Warranty- We plan to use a bank letter of credit as our option. This <br />will be furnished upon your zequest. <br />2.
