Box 487 - Brighton, Co. 80601
til'1111 1 Vegetative Inventory - Bromley Property 1Dn 11 10/17/77
Strong Bros. Excavating
1'1 Mr. Donald Marturano
3470 S. Sherman - Suite #2
Englewood , Co. 80110
The majority of this property is presently being used as
irrigated cropland. Those areas not being farmed are the steeper
slopes on the east and along the railroad right-of-way. It
appears that vegetable crops are being raised on the irrigated
portion with annual weeds and grasses being found on the non-
irrigated and unfarmed areas. Kochia, Russian Thistle, Redroot
Pigweed, Mustard, Common Ragweed and Field Bindweed are the most
common weeds found in the waste areas. Cheatgrass, Annual
Dropseed, Windmill Crass and Annual Bluegrass are the most common
grasses found on these areas. Chinese Elm trees are to be found
on the south of the property. All of the vegetation is typical of
that found on the soils of this area.
If you have any further questions or need additional infor-
mation, please feel free to call on me.
Sincerely,
, 1
Norman J.
