1 <br />EXHIBIT D <br /> <br />(c) (i) In some of the area, which was quarried years previous to this, there isn't <br />any top soil to remove or replace. Due to these previous quarry operations <br />it is very difficult to ascertain the amount of top soil available for <br />reclamation at this time. But from the exploration that we have already <br />done we believe that there is enough to reclaim all disturbed areas with at <br />least six inches of soil and if we find there is more top soil than this the <br />minimum will be increased accordingly. <br />(See Exhibit E map Addendum Il) <br />(c) (ii) Seeding will occur; <br />1. in spring between March l5 & June l5 <br />or <br />2. in fall after Sept. 15 and before soil freezes for winter. <br />(Approx. Therefore there will be no need fora "Limited Impact Special <br />Use Permit "from Boulder County. <br />EXHIBIT I <br />A copy of this addendum will be sent to Boulder County Clerk and Recorder. <br />EXHIBIT L <br />The storage bam and trailers mentioned earlier are not permanent structures and <br />will not be atTected by the quarry operation. <br />
