You should determine what type of financial warranty you desire <br />to use a.nd obtain the appropriate forms frothe tdined Land Reclamation Division during <br />the application review period to facilitate finalization of an acceptable financial <br />warranty and permit issuance. <br />Compliance with Other Laws <br />Section 115 of the Act requires a permit ap ication be to compliance with all <br />applicable local, State and Federal laws. suggest you contact the following agencies <br />to determine whether you need to comply wi their legal requirements: <br />State Engineer with regard to the adm <br />Colorado Department of Health with <br />waters of the State; <br />strati on of water rights; <br />to the discharge of pollutants into the <br />Colorado Department of Health with <br />to the need fora fugitive dust permit; <br />and ~~ <br />U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regarding,~a dredge and fill pe rnit. <br />*If the applicant is a unit of State or ccu~nty government, then only a performance <br />warranty is required. <br />2823E (Rev. 12/87) <br />~~ <br />
