(Section 22, Ti7S,.R65W) <br />THE ;SPECIFIC EQUIRMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT Tp THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Extraction, handling. stockpiling, and transport of sand <br />and gravel. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLO13AD0 AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO.AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 et se .), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THI$ DOCUMF~NT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. The fugitive particulate control measures listed on the attached page <br />(as proposed in the Fugitive Particulate Control Plan submitted to the <br />Division) shall be applied to the fugitive particulate producing sources <br />as required by Regulation No. 1. <br />2.
