Equipment to be used on site will consist of the following: 1. Screening Plant: Power screen Mark II, two 127,gower screen 40' stackhcs. 2. Crusher: E.J. 45" Cone Crusher. 3.' Front End Loaders: H-90 Hough, 745 Fiat Allas. 4. Dozer as needed. 5. Trucks: Tandem axle dump trucks, bobtails, and semi truck/trailer dumps. 6, Dodge Water truck for roads. The propposed plan is to remove portions ~$ materieY that is in stock piles. .. We will begin our mining operation in the north section of the 9uarry. We will work in a southeast direction from the existing~gnarry. Top sbil and overburden will be stockpiled on the north and southeast edge of the area being maned to facilitate reclamation. ~ ' It is estimated that approximately 60 acres in the north section .will be . distrubed. This includes the area that has: been previously mined. Access ~o the proposed area wil'l.generally be provided~by existing roads,.. The access roads will be property maintained by Midway Sand & Gravel,:Inc. During L-he life of the operation, the haul distance from the mining site to the scale is approximately 3/4 to 1} miles. To alleJiate any dust problems on the access roads, truck speeds will be kept under twenty miles per hour. All road surfaces are graveled.
