The application states that ground water will <br />not be exposed and surface water will not be affected. It is <br />stated that the water required for dust control will be purchased <br />from the "local domestic water company''. <br />As long as the water is purchased from a municipality, or from a <br />private entity having a water right decreed for commercial or <br />industrial purposes we have no objection to this proposal. The <br />entity would not be an acceptable source of water if its water <br />rights were decreed only for domestic purposes. <br />Should you have any questions, please contact our office. <br />cc: Division 2 Engineer <br />
