Banks and Gesso, LLC <br />EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br />The Applicant is contacting all owners of man-made structures within 200 ft of the <br />affected area for the Haldorson property. The Applicant will, in each case, offer to repair <br />damage to structures resulting from mining activities and will attempt to reach an <br />agreement with each structure owner, as preferred under Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology Construction Materials Rules.
