<br />PAGE 3 <br />12. Numerous 5 and 55 gallon containers/drums of products are <br />stored for use at all facilities. The number of drums/containers <br />at any one site or at any one time varies considerably. No <br />secondary containment is provided for such containers/drums since <br />they are new, turnover is generally rapid and the likelihood of <br />spills is remote. Some smaller portable tanks with products may be <br />stored at various locations without secondary containment. These <br />smaller quantities are monitored routinely by operating personnel <br />and general good housekeeping practices are encouraged by <br />supervision. <br />13. If a reportable spill occurs, those persons accountable for <br />spill prevention will be notified immediately and procedures will <br />be initiated to safely stop, and contain the release.
