EXHIBIT "C" <br />Mining Plan <br />A. February 15, 2002 to May 31, 2002 <br />B. Topsoil will be removed with self-loading scrapers and stockpiled until it is time to reapply <br />to disturbed site. The stockpile will have minimum 2:1 slopes, and will have certified weed <br />free grass hay mulch crimped in. The application rate is 4000 pounds per one acre. <br />C. All material is overburden and is to be used as fill material. There will be no stockpiles or <br />waste stockpiles. <br />D. Approximately 20' - 25' <br />E. Haul road is approximately 200' from excavation site to stockpile area. There will not be any <br />processing facilities or buildings. <br />F. Mined area approximately 1400' x 275 ;stockpile area is approximately 500' x 200' <br />G. Haul road is approximately 200' long x 30' wide <br />H. Water to be used for dust control, from Weld County's Geisert Pit, approx. 100,000 gallons <br />I. Excavation will not encounter ground water; stone water will be contained on site in <br />excavation area. <br />J. N/A; We will not be disturbing any water sources. <br />K. N/A <br />L. Excavation area will have 4:1 slopes. After removal of stockpile, area will be reseeded to <br />NRCS recommendations. <br />M. Material will not be processed on site. <br />N. N/A <br />O.
