•~ SECTION 2.01 GENERAL COAL MINING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS <br />Contained in this package is a revised Permit Application for Oakridge Energy, Inc. of <br />4613 Jacksboro Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas 76301. This Permit covers a surface coal <br />mining operation which will disturb approximately 156 life-of--mine acres located <br />approximately 2.5 miles southeast of Durango. The pit portion of the mine will be located <br />approximately one mile east of Highway 160. A vicinity map is shown following this page <br />and referred to as Figure 2-1. The current permit area is 215.08 acres. <br />The mine is planned for approximately 300,000 TPY of coal to be mined by the <br />truck/shovel mining method. The operation will include the mine and surface facilities <br />ancillary to the operation.
