Oakridge Energy, Inc. has not received any notices of violation or cessation orders as described in this rule within the three year period immediately preceeding the renewal of this application. 2.03.6 l~lrt of Entry and Operation Information OEI's right of entry is predicated upon a coal mining lease from the Elizabeth Anne Ewing Trust et al, transferring a 25 percent undivided interest in the coal rights to OEI. Oakridge purchased all surface and a 75 percent undivided interest to the coal on the permit property. Copies of these documents are included herewith as Appendix 3-2. A 25 percent undivided interest in the mineral estate has been severed and is appropriately conveyed to OEI. See Appendix 3-2. 2.03.7 Relationship~o Areas Desianated Unsuitable for MlininP • The azea of the proposed activity is not partially or wholly within an area designated unsuitable for surface coal mining operations under Rule 7 or 30 CFR 764; neither are the lands under consideration for designation in an administrative proceeding under Rule 7 or 30 CFR 764 and 765. 2.03.8 Permit Term Information Surface coal mining operations began in the first quarter of 1983 and subsequently ceased operating temporarily pending more economical coal markets. The starting and completion dates for the various phases (Table 5-1) of the operation have been set forth in the Mine Plan section. Total life of the mine is estimated at five years at the target production rate, from reinitiation of mining operations. 2.03.9 Personal Injury and insurance Information OEI maintains insurance in an amount no less than that required by current CDMG regulations.
