The <br />details of the above historical events aze fully described in Appendix 3-5. <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. has not received any notices of violation or cessation orders as <br />described in this rule within the three year period immediately preceeding the renewal <br />of this application. <br />2.03.6 l~lrt of Entry and Operation Information <br />OEI's right of entry is predicated upon a coal mining lease from the Elizabeth Anne <br />Ewing Trust et al, transferring a 25 percent undivided interest in the coal rights to OEI. <br />Oakridge purchased all surface and a 75 percent undivided interest to the coal on the <br />permit property. Copies of these documents are included herewith as Appendix 3-2. <br />A 25 percent undivided interest in the mineral estate has been severed and is <br />appropriately conveyed to OEI. See Appendix 3-2. <br />2.03.7 Relationship~o Areas Desianated Unsuitable for MlininP <br />• The azea of the proposed activity is not partially or wholly within an area designated <br />unsuitable for surface coal mining operations under Rule 7 or 30 CFR 764; neither are <br />the lands under consideration for designation in an administrative proceeding under <br />Rule 7 or 30 CFR 764 and 765. <br />2.03.8 Permit Term Information <br />Surface coal mining operations began in the first quarter of 1983 and subsequently <br />ceased operating temporarily pending more economical coal markets. The starting and <br />completion dates for the various phases (Table 5-1) of the operation have been set forth <br />in the Mine Plan section. Total life of the mine is estimated at five years at the target <br />production rate, from reinitiation of mining operations. <br />2.03.9 Personal Injury and insurance Information <br />OEI maintains insurance in an amount no less than that required by current CDMG <br />regulations.
