Oakridge Exploration, Inc., the original owner of Pueblo Coal, Inc., was indirectly involved in an Oklahoma coal operation. In June 1978, Oakridge purchased portions of the Broken Arrow Mine No. 1 operated by Marad Exploration (5800 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma 73135). The full reclamation and ownership of the property in Oklahama was terminated more than five years prior to filing this application. Afrer closure of the project, Oakridge completed the reclamation and attendant obligations and obtained release of the $68,000 bond. The Division may contact the Oklahoma Department of Mine, State Capital Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma • 73101 concerning the operation and reclamation.
